Yes. For regular bookings, we try to ensure the same cleaning staff are made available to help build a sense of trust, rapport and continuity between our clients and cleaners.

 

Yes. All of our cleaners hold qualifications in health and safety and are DBS checked. As well as constant updates on feedback from customers in order to improve to make the perfect experience.

This is an optional choice we can use yours or bring our own. Our aim is to reduce cross contamination as much as possible so we recommend in regular cleans to use mops and hoovers of customers.

We have a comprehensive insurance policy in place that covers public liability for up to £2 million and employer’s liability for up to £10 million.
